Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTAC | Agency Staffing
Location: Baton Rouge, Gonzales, Denham Springs (& Surrounding area)
Shifts Available: AM / PM / PRN / Weekends
Pay Rate: $16-$20/hour (based on experience & shift)

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work with our staffing agency across multiple Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facilities. This role involves caring for medically complex patients, including those requiring wound care support.

Ideal candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different facility settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, and feeding

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning (including wound prevention)

• Support patients with wound care needs under nurse supervision

• Monitor and record vital signs

• Observe and report changes in patient condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful patient environment

• Adapt quickly to different facility protocols and teams

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in [State]

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience required

• LTAC, wound care, or high-acuity experience

• Ability to work across multiple facilities as needed

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and adaptability skills
