About the Role:Lady's Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/Caregiver to join our growing team in Nashville, TN AND SURROUNDING AREAS. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and overall well-being
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Support mobility and safe transfers, including use of assistive devices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs and changes in condition
Requirements:- Active CNA certification or Caregiver experience in a home care or clinical setting
- Valid Tennessee CNA license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Nashville area
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
