Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Campbellton Road, Atlanta, GA.


This is a full-time, permanent position offering 40 hours per week with a client who is looking for a dedicated CNA to start as soon as possible. You will provide one-on-one care in the client’s home, assisting with activities of daily living while promoting safety, independence, and overall well-being.


The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility
  • Safely assist clients with transfers in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and other seating
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or agency
  • Record care provided and complete required documentation accurately
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, changing bed linens, and maintaining a clean living environment
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan
  • Assist with prescribed exercises and activities that promote independence and overall well-being

Qualifications

  • Current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one (2) year of professional CNA or caregiving experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week on a permanent weekday day shift
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Must be able to start ASAP
