Help residents maintain their highest level of independence. Provide personal cares for residents. Works under the supervision of the charge nurse and performs routine resdient care duties and procedures. Be able to work on a team with open communication. Must have a willingness to put the residents as the priority. Compassion for the elderly at all times. Able to lift, sit, stand for moderate periods of time. Must be CNA certified. Starting wage $20-$25 depending on experience.
