Job Summary:Senior Helpers, a trusted provider of in-home care for seniors, is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNA and HCA Caregivers for weekend shifts in Tri-Cities, WA. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by providing quality care and companionship.Compensation & Benefits:In this part-time, or working up to full time as desired, hourly position, you will be compensated at a competitive hourly wage, with biweekly payments. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including training opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.Responsibilities:- Assisting seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation- Providing companionship and emotional support to seniors- Administering medications as directed by the client's healthcare team- Reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervisor- Maintaining accurate records of care provided- Following all safety protocols and infection control measures- Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals- Upholding the company's mission and values in all interactionsRequirements:- Must be 18 years or older
