The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to nursing staff during the 6PM to 6AM or the 6AM to 6PM shift. Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide comfort and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers as needed.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
