Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Boerne, TX (Just north of San Antonio) Sign-On Bonus: $2000
Mileage Stipend: Up to $100 per paycheck for eligible employees
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents by:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Take and record vital signs • Help residents to meals, activities, and common areas • Support resident care plans • Observe and report changes in condition • Document care using Point of Care (POC) • Assist nursing staff with additional care needs
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent • Current CNA certification through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission • Previous CNA experience preferred • Compassionate and team-oriented attitude
