The CMS Testing Technician will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-performance and energy-efficient lighting solutions to our customers.     Key Details

    Work Days & Hours:

    Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible w/ supervisor approval)

    Location:

    Addison, TX (Full-Time Onsite)

    What you'll do

    Conduct Testing Procedures

    •     Perform comprehensive testing of Cabin Management, Buttons, Servers, and Display Monitors to ensure compliance

    with industry standards and engineering specifications.

    •     Execute various testing procedures, including programming and acceptance test

    evaluation.


    Quality Assurance

    -Record and document test results accurately and comprehensively.

    -Implement quality control measures to identify and address potential issues during the testing process.

    -Collaborate with production cell and engineering representative to establish and refine testing protocols.

    -Analyze data to identify any deviations from quality standards and report findings to the relevant stakeholders and implement correct action to resolve nonconformance.

    Required Qualifications

    •     High school diploma or equivalent.

    •     Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to find practical solutions.

    •     Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    •     Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.

    •     Ability to read and interpret technical drawings in English.

    •     Ability to work independently and alongside other technicians as needed.

    •     Able to perform repetitive tasks with sustained focus and attention to detail.

    •     Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    •     Proficiency in analyzing test data and interpreting results.

    Preferred Qualifications

    •     Additional technical or vocational training in finishing techniques.

    •     Transferable skills from autobody repair, automotive detailing, or automotive painting.

    •     Familiarity with blueprints/drawings, AS9100 quality control, ESD requirements, and 5S methodology.

    •     2+ years of experience with freestanding or benchtop power tools, including:

         Drill press, belt/disc sander, table saw, band saw, radial arm saw, chop saw, media blast cabinet, bench shear, and router.

    •     2+ years of experience with industrial adhesives, chemicals, and materials, including:

         Epoxy, polyurethanes, plastics, silicone, acrylics, and color dyes/pigments.

    •     3+ years of experience in hand fabrication/finishing of customer-facing parts where cosmetic excellence is critical.
