Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive key account management strategy to meet the company’s business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop proposal, presentations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry.
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
Strong understanding of drug development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory environments.
Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
