Description:
The CMMS Clerk is responsible for completing accurate and timely entry of data.
The CMMS Clerk supports maintenance operations by performing systems transactions as specified by the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Business Systems Administrator.

Intermediate computer skills
Understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Typing speed of 45-50 wpm,

The CMMS Business Systems Administrator is responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties.
The Administrator executes simple complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments.
The Administrator is responsible for completing accurate and timely entry of data, supports maintenance operations by performing systems transactions as specified by the Administrator Lead/Supervisor. This person applies advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the organizations operation and assists the Admin Lead/Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
Duties
Ensure business systems, especially the CMMS, are properly maintained and downtime is restricted to events related to system upgrades and maintenance as required by the Global Business System team.
Act as a resource for all technical issues or troubleshooting related to TLM maintenance related business systems, in particular the CMMS.
Act as liaison with the relevant Business System Support team to resolve technical issues via InTouch or to convey suggestions for improvements to functionality or user interface.
Ensure TLM personnel are aware of changes or upgrades to business systems and how these changes can impact their jobs.
Coach and provide training to personnel on executing critical system transactions as required for asset control, maintenance execution and quality reporting.
Monitor accuracy, completeness and timeliness of critical business system transactions.
Coordinate meetings and office communications.
Schedule conference rooms, audio/visual equipment and other materials as requested.
Assists with and organizes company events.
