Job Description :
Bill of Materials (BOM) Development:
- Develop and maintain asset-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and facility equipment.
- Research OEM manuals, drawings, vendor documentation, and equipment records to identify required spare parts.
- Validate BOM accuracy through field verification with maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Establish standardized BOM structures and naming conventions.
- Link spare parts to asset records within the CMMS. CMMS Data Management
- Create and maintain equipment records, asset hierarchies, and location structures.
- Manage spare parts catalogs and material master records.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Maintenance and Reliability Support:
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs through accurate materials data.
- Assist maintenance planners with job plans and parts requirements.
- Support reliability initiatives by ensuring maintenance-related asset data is accurate and complete.
- Participate in equipment criticality assessments.
