CMM Programmer / Operator – Direct Hire

Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour (higher based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional Saturdays

Pro Resources is hiring a CMM Programmer / Operator for a direct hire role with a well-established manufacturing company in Selma, IN. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on programming experience who takes pride in precision and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment
- Perform in-process and final inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D CAD models
- Document inspection results (PPAP, FAI, SPC)
- Use precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Identify and report quality concerns
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- CMM programming AND operating experience required
- Experience with PC-DMIS, CMM Manager, or similar inspection software preferred
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Prior manufacturing inspection or quality control experience
- Familiarity with ISO or AS quality systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $23.00/hour or higher based on experience
- Performance raises at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter
- Profit-sharing bonuses twice per year after one year of service
