Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Cudahy is currently looking for a CMM Programmer to join our team! This role will be reporting to our Operations Supervisor at our Aerospace Manufactory in Cudahy.

Salary Rate: $34 -$39 DOE
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings to determine conformance to blueprint, or electronic file requirements.
- Ability to interpret geometrically dimensioned and tolerance engineering drawings.
- Perform First Article Inspection Reports using AS9102 Forms as required.
- Work from and with dimensional inspection measurement equipment such as surface plate, sine plates, height gages, radii gages, calipers, micrometers and other assorted hand measurement equipment.
- To perform the CMM Operator job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred
- Experience: Utilization of both CMM and hand equipment to perform dimensional inspection techniques.
- Certifications/Licenses: AFS Laboratory Certification Preferred.
- Computer Skills: Virtual Dimensional Measuring Interface Specification (DMIS) 6.0, Virtual DMIS, Routine CMM Operation, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance,
- Expert PC-DMIS Knowledge required.
- Polyworks And Bluelight scanning a plus.
- Software experience; Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Ability to read blue prints in order to determine and measure features and tolerances.
- Ability to interpret reduced dimension drawings
- Ability to program using electronic model
- Surface Plate Inspection using Standard Inspection Tools
- Knowledge of Aerospace Standard (AS) 9100 requirements
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a Plus
