    Overview

    We are seeking a skilled CMM Machine Operator for a Full-Time position in Park City, KS. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our manufacturing processes.     Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform inspections on various components.
    • Draw sketches using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) programs or CATIA.
    • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and findings.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
    • Assist in training new operators on CMM operation and best practices.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or quality control is a plus.
    • Perform requirements of a Level II QA Inspector.
    • Proven experience operating CMM machines in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with quality control software and data analysis tools is preferred.
