Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting. Monitor project financial performance and forecasting. Support preconstruction and client relationship efforts. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20M+. Ground-up commercial construction experience required. CMAR experience strongly preferred. Strong financial and operational management abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Stable work history and strong tenure preferred. Experience with negotiated work environments.
