    Description

    We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented LPN/Medical Assistant to join our busy Family Practice clinic. The LPN/Medical Assistant will support providers in delivering high-quality patient care to patients of all ages by performing clinical and administrative duties, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting patient information, administering injections and vaccines, assisting with procedures, processing refills, and coordinating patient care.

    The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs and medical histories
    • Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
    • Administer injections, vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing
    • Manage patient communications, refills, and follow-up appointments
    • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
    • Support quality patient care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

    Qualifications:

    • LPN/Medical Assistant certification preferred
    • Previous outpatient or primary care experience preferred
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
