We are seeking a Cloud Senior Analyst II with strong business analysis and Agile product ownership experience to support a major cloud migration initiative. This role blends technical execution with cross functional leadership, serving as a critical bridge between IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud hosted applications, Agile environments, and Medicare systems, with the ability to define customer needs and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
Define customer needs in technical and business contexts; ensure solutions meet objectives.
Elicit, document, and validate user requirements using business analysis models.
Act as Subject Matter Expert for one or more business lines; mentor junior analysts.
Guide technical and customer departments in system development and solution rationale.
Facilitate knowledge transfer of business direction to technical teams.
Review problem logs, assist with test plans/matrices, and validate deployment accuracy.
Provide business direction for system changes and process improvements.
Operate in Agile environments, participating in daily stand ups and sprint activities.
Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders using tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and ALM.
Contribute to cloud based analytics solutions, data governance, and compliance efforts.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
Experience:
8+ years of IT business analysis experience.
Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience.
Cloud hosted application experience.
Medicare experience.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate solutions.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ALM.
Skills:
Expertise in business unit concepts and industry practices.
Ability to communicate complex technical/business concepts to all levels.
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, and conceptual skills.
Understanding of IT's impact on business processes.
Knowledge of project management techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
