Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Cloud Security Architect for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. You will design and implement secure multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure while ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Cloud Security Architect Responsibilities include:
Architect and implement secure, enterprise-grade multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
Design and maintain scalable IAM frameworks, trust relationships, and organizational structures across multiple cloud tenants.
Develop resilient disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure high availability and business continuity.
Build, automate, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and cloud deployment processes.
Implement secure CI/CD pipelines and automate cloud operations using Python and scripting technologies.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and systems teams to migrate and optimize workloads across hybrid cloud environments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure architecture, cloud security, and enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on expertise in designing and securing multi-cloud environments across AWS and Azure, with GCP experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Python scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), IAM, disaster recovery planning, and secure CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
