Cloud Security Architect

Cloud Security Architect - Dallas, TX - Contract - $90-100 per HR

We are seeking a proactive and innovative cloud security professional for a contract position in Dallas, TX. This role involves developing secure frameworks, collaborating with teams to deliver security services, and utilizing a wide range of technologies. Candidates should have extensive experience in cloud security and related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop frameworks to enhance and secure solution design and development processes.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver security services.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Perform risk analysis and document risks and mitigating controls within application environments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in areas such as security architecture, threat modeling, identity management, or software development.
• Advanced knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, and application security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their security features.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
