Reporting Development & Support
 
Design and build OTBI analytics, subject areas, KPIs, dashboards, and data models.
Develop BI Publisher reports, templates, bursting definitions, and secure report distributions.
Create and manage HCM Extracts, Payroll Extracts, HDL/HR data models, and custom data sources.
Enhance and optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and user experience.
Troubleshoot reporting issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
 
Data Management & Integrations
 
Analyze and map Oracle Fusion Cloud data entities for reporting and integration needs.
Partner with integration teams on data flows involving OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, or external analytics platforms.
Ensure compliance with data governance, data security, and audit requirements.
