Introduction

We are seeking a Cloud IAM Engineer to support identity and access management for business-critical (Tier 0 / Tier 1) applications in AWS. This role requires someone who has experience deploying and standing up applications in AWS and understands the full cloud stack, with identity and access at the center.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on AWS experience, including real application deployment
• Deep AWS IAM knowledge: roles, policies, cross-account access
• SSO / federated authentication experience (SAML, Okta, or AWS SSO)
• Solid understanding of the broader AWS stack: EC2, VPC, networking, security groups, S3
• Experience supporting SSO and federated authentication across cloud applications

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards
• Experience working with engineering and security teams to enforce access management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls in AWS
• Deploy and operate applications in AWS, working across the full stack (compute, networking, storage, access)
• Partner with engineering and security teams to enforce access management on highly critical systems
