Description
Join our team in McLean, VA, as a Cloud Engineer on a contract basis. You'll work on diverse technology projects with a focus on security, cryptography, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver robust security features. A strong background in cloud technologies and security practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects focusing on cryptography and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to deliver secure cloud solutions.
- Assess and mitigate security risks related to data confidentiality and integrity.
- Develop and implement cryptographic solutions to safeguard sensitive data.
- Manage and enhance the governance framework for enterprise-wide cryptography.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cryptography.
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Minimum 2 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience.
