How You Will Make An Impact:

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of disaster recovery testing for multiple cloud-hosted applications.
• Partner with application owners, cloud engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and business stakeholders to define recovery scenarios and testing objectives.
• Develop integrated project plans, testing schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and remediation activities.
• Facilitate planning sessions, readiness reviews, live test bridges, post-test reviews, and governance meetings.
• Coordinate recovery validation and confirm that established recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, and resiliency standards are achieved.
• Track testing compliance, evidence collection, documentation quality, corrective actions, and regulatory-readiness requirements.
• Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, risk summaries, and recovery results for senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, application dependencies, and cross-functional testing issues.
• Support improvements in recovery automation, testing standards, cloud resilience, and program governance.
• Maintain accurate application inventories and testing metrics across multiple recovery cycles.

Do you bring proven success in cloud disaster recovery program management?

• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, technical program management, disaster recovery, technology resilience, infrastructure operations, or technology governance.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, application recovery testing, disaster recovery principles, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Experience coordinating disaster recovery or resilience testing across multiple applications and technical teams.
• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and remediation plans in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience developing project plans, status reports, executive presentations, risk artifacts, governance documentation, and testing evidence.
• Working knowledge of recovery time objectives, recovery point objectives, failover, recovery validation, and resiliency standards.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
• Strong facilitation, organization, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, banking, another regulated industry, or a large enterprise technology organization is preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related certification is preferred.
