    The Judicial Council of California is seeking a senior-level Cloud Architect to provide cloud architecture leadership and strategic technology guidance in support of the Judicial Branch's enterprise technology initiatives. The Cloud Architect will align business and IT objectives by defining architecture principles, cloud strategies, and future-state technology roadmaps, with a focus on cloud, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure modernization.
    Key Responsibilities
    • `Lead enterprise cloud architecture initiatives supporting Judicial Branch strategic goals.
    • `Develop and maintain cloud architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks.
    • `Evaluate and recommend cloud, hybrid-cloud, and multi-cloud solutions.
    • `Direct teams of architects, developers, analysts, and testers across large-scale technology projects.
    • `Manage delivery of enterprise cloud programs and project portfolios.
    • `Ensure compliance with Enterprise Technical Architecture standards and policies.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, courts, and technology partners.
    • Lead cloud migration and modernization strategies for mission-critical applications.
    • Oversee vendor management, procurement activities, contract negotiations, and technology acquisitions.
    • Create project roadmaps, implementation plans, risk mitigation strategies, and status reporting.
    • Facilitate issue resolution among Judicial Council teams, courts, and vendors.
    • Provide architecture consulting and infrastructure integration guidance to project teams.
    • `Prepare and present executive-level status reports and recommendations.
    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience in senior management roles directing large-scale technology programs and projects.
    • 10+ years of experience developing strategic technology roadmaps and enterprise architecture plans.
    • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and resource
