About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Cloud Architect Contractor to join a dynamic project team in the technology sector. In this role, you will contribute to designing and implementing cloud solutions that align with business and technical requirements, developing cloud architecture strategies, and ensuring compliance with best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure, including network design, security configurations, and cloud services.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and tools to meet project needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of cloud solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for cloud security, performance, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, performance, and cost optimization best practices.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in AI/Cloud FinOps delivery, ideally on a governance or operating-model workstream.
• Strong executive communication skills; capable of owning client check-ins and phase-end readouts.
