Cloud and Desktop Support Analyst
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Cloud and Desktop Support Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience supporting end users and administering Microsoft Cloud technologies. Excellent job tenure and high professionalism is also required.

This position is hybrid in Fort Worth

What you will do:

• Provide white-glove end user support to 300+ users across multiple locations.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange
• Assist with Power BI workspace administration
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, etc
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and employees

What qualifications you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience supporting end users and Microsoft Cloud Technologies
• Experience troubleshooting common issues
• Azure or Azure Data preferred
• PowerShell preferred
• Power Automate preferred
• Excellent job stability and tenure
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
