Overview
Horizon Farm Credit is recruiting for a Closing Specialist Manager to lead and oversee the Closing Specialist team to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant closing of loans. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless end-to-end lending experience by balancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. This position may work in either the Mechanicsburg, PA, Westminster, MD or Winchester, VA branch location. Position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment.
This leader will drive workflow optimization, manage pipeline performance, and foster a high-performing team environment. Partnering closely with Loan Operations, Lending, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Closing Specialist Manager identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, mitigates risk, and enhances service delivery across the organization.
