    Pay Type: Starting at $19/hr

    Commensurate on availability, experience, and years of service.

    Schedule: Full-Time.

    • Afternoon, Evening, and Nighttime Shifts. (2pm-11:30pm)
    • Able to Close the store 5 nights a week
    • 40+ Hours per Week.

    About this Position: Manager

    Managers are the senior level of leadership within Chick-fil-A. As a Manager you are the person in charge of the daily operations of Chick-fil-A. You are responsible for leading a team of other leaders and team members who will ensure our guests receive the quality food and industry leading customer service that has come to be synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand. Managers demonstrate and execute the fundamentals of the Chick-fil-A brand including our CORE 4 model, Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy, Industry Leading Food Safety Processes, and so much more. As a Manager you will also have an opportunity to grow within the company. Leadership Development is a core part of our business strategy, and you will have the opportunity to engage with the Operator on your own personal journey as a developing professional.


    Requirements:

    MUST HAVE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE.

    • Prior management experience recommended but not required. Leadership experience(Chick-fil-A Experience Preferred)
    • Self-lead individual that is committed to personal growth.
    • Willingness to step outside of the job role to assist in other roles.
    • Effective and professional communicator.
    • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.
    • Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team.
    • Basic computer competency..
    • Ability to multitask without direction.
    • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient pace.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Operator and senior leadership to achieve excellence in the area you are responsible for.
    • Track and report on the key metrics in your area of responsibility.
    • Develop and execute plans to continuously improve your area of responsibility.
    • Resolve employee performance and policy/procedure violations discovered or reported by the Leadership Team.
    • Works with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels.
    • Must be an excellent coach, communicator and team builder.
    • Achieve Strategic business results through focus and action on Monthly and Quarterly objectives and tasks.
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
    • Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks and processes.
    • Responsible for inventory & facilities management.
    • Complete understanding of each key position in their area of responsibility.
    • Operating various pieces of cooking and service equipment.
    • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
    • Following the proper process for the position you are assigned.
    • Checking for product quality and consistency.
    • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
    • Assisting in all team member positions throughout your shift as needed.

    Duties:

    • Communicate Team Member performance and policy/procedure violations of Production Team Members to the Leadership Team.
    • Work with the Leadership Team to ensure appropriate daily restaurant staffing levels for Production Team Members.
    • Ensure that the shifts are running smoothly in the kitchen.
    • Train new Kitchen Team Members and Leaders and follow up to ensure they’re equipped for success.
    • Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks for the kitchen.
    • Oversee waste reduction and tracking.
    • Maintain cleanliness of Kitchen
    • Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all individuals with respect while handling coaching conversations and providing them with direction and feedback.
    • Serve as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing kitchen support.
    • Responsible for inventory and facility management
