Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional hospitality
- Collaborate with the team to set up, clean, and maintain equipment and facility
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently
- Prepare delicious frozen custard treats with urgency and attention to quality
- Keep the dining room clean and engage with guests to provide excellent hospitality
- Follow all health code requirements for food safety and personal hygiene
- Complete training materials and perform other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Available and permitted to work between 5pm and 11pm on select days Monday through Friday
- Available to work on Saturday and/or Sunday
- Ability to maintain a "Whatever it Takes" stance for guest satisfaction
- Strong teamwork, responsibility, dependability, and adaptability
