Closing Attorney

Our client, a well-established and growing residential real estate closing and title firm in Gwinnett County, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Closing Attorney to join its team.

Serving clients throughout metro Atlanta, the firm has built a strong reputation for efficiency, client service, and a high-volume closing practice supported by experienced staff and modern technology.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients, conducting closings, and being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. The firm's systems, processes, and support team are designed to allow attorneys to focus on advising clients and facilitating successful transactions rather than getting buried in administrative work.

What You'll Do

• Conduct residential real estate closings throughout metro Atlanta
• Review title commitments and assist in clearing title issues
• Serve as attorney of record on residential transactions
• Provide exceptional client service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
• Conduct closings in both English and Spanish
• Handle all firm closings, not solely Spanish-speaking transactions
• Travel occasionally throughout metro Atlanta for off-site closings

Who We're Looking For

The firm is open to attorneys across a broad range of experience levels and is willing to invest in the right person. Success in this role comes down to professionalism, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Georgia, or licensed in another state with the ability to obtain Georgia licensure promptly
• Fluent Spanish speaker with the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Experience in residential real estate closings and title work
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service
• Portable business is welcomed but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation ranging from approximately $85,000–$150,000+, depending on experience, portable business, and overall qualifications
