One year billing and coding experience in medical office preferred: two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting, is preferred. Responsibilities: To ensure patients are scheduled in a timely manner, charges are entered timely and correctly, and time of service collections are collected.

Qualifications:

Education: -A high school diploma or GED

Experience:
One year billing and coding experience in medical office preferred: two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting, is preferred. Prior experience working with standard office equipment and multi phone lines. Must be able to effectively communicate with the public and perform routine mathematic computations.

Licenses/Certificates: Current BLS Certification – or obtained within 6 months of hire
