CLN LPN Staff-Crestwood-Wound Care Team-FT-1st shift

The clinical LPN/MA will prepare patients for provider visits by taking vital signs, removing dressings, cleansing/measuring wounds per policy, inputting data into EMR, relaying patient information to supervising RN or provider, and placing wound dressings as ordered. About Us: The LPN or MA will assist the physician or provider with patient care in the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic.

The LPN or MA will assist the physician or provider with patient care in the Outpatient Wound Care Clinic. The clinical LPN/MA will prepare patients for provider visits by taking vital signs, removing dressings, cleansing/measuring wounds per policy, inputting data into EMR, relaying patient information to supervising RN or provider, and placing wound dressings as ordered. The LPN/MA will also assist with clerical duties as assigned in order to support a collaborative team.
