    Job Title: CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead

    Location: North Chicago, IL

    Duration: Contract
    Pay Rate: Open, DOE

    Responsibilities:

    Client is seeking an onsite CLM/CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA) & Test Lead to join the core project team. The resource will work closely with the Client Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Salesforce Team, and business stakeholders while partnering with Client as the implementation SI. Responsibilities include requirements management, fit-gap analysis, end-to-end business process validation, Salesforce/PROS CPQ/Conga CLM integration coordination, SIT/UAT leadership, defect management, business readiness support, and ensuring Client business requirements are successfully delivered through the implementation lifecycle. This is an Client-side functional leadership and testing governance role rather than a hands-on development or configuration role.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Analysis & Requirements Management

    • Participate workshops with business stakeholders.

    • Document business processes, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

    • Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and proposed PROS CPQ/Conga CLM capabilities.

    • Support process harmonization and standardization across business units.

    • Maintain requirements traceability from design through deployment.

    • Partner with Client Architect and Client to validate solution alignment with business objectives.

    • CPQ & CLM Functional Ownership

    • Act as Client's functional lead for:

    • PROS CPQ

    • Quote creation and maintenance

    • Product configuration

    • Pricing and discount management

    • Approval workflows

    • Quote generation

    • Sales process alignment

    • Conga CLM

    • Contract request and initiation processes

    • Contract generation workflows

    • Approval routing

    • Contract lifecycle management processes

    • CPQ-to-CLM handoff validation

    • Salesforce

    • Opportunity-to-Quote process alignment

    • Customer and account data relationships

    • User experience and process integration

    • Salesforce dependency management

    • Integration & Data Coordination

    • Collaborate with Client Architect and technical teams to ensure alignment across:

    • PROS CPQ

    • Salesforce Platform

    • Conga CLM

    • SAP ERP

    • Middleware

    • Enterprise Reporting & Data Lake

    • Responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing integration requirements

    • Validating end-to-end business process flows

    • Supporting integration testing activities

    • Identifying upstream/downstream process impacts

    • Assisting with defect triage and root-cause analysis

    • Test Lead Responsibilities

    • Test Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and maintain overall testing strategy.

    • Define SIT, UAT, Regression, and Go-Live validation plans.

    • Establish testing governance and entry/exit criteria.

    • Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams.

    • Test Case Development

    • Create and review:

    • Test scenarios

    • Test scripts

    • Test data requirements

    • Business process validation scripts

    • Ensure coverage across:

    • Salesforce

    • PROS CPQ

    • Conga CLM

    • SAP integrations

    • Test Execution Management

    • Coordinate SIT and UAT execution.

    • Facilitate daily defect triage meetings.

    • Track defect lifecycle through resolution.

    • Manage testing metrics and status reporting.

    • Escalate risks, blockers, and critical defects.

    • Business Readiness

    • Support business validation and signoff.

    • Drive deployment readiness assessments.

    • Coordinate cutover and hypercare validation activities.

    • Ensure business stakeholders are prepared for solution adoption.

    • Stakeholder Management

    • The resource will regularly engage with:

    • Client Program Manager

    • Client Enterprise Architect

    • Business Process Owners

    • Salesforce Team

    • Conga CLM Team

    • SAP Team

    • Client Project Team

    • PROS Product Team

    • Required Qualifications

    • Experience

    • 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.

    • 3+ years supporting CPQ and/or CLM implementations.

    • Experience leading UAT and end-to-end testing programs.

    • Experience working with System Integrators.

    • Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
