What You’ll Do

• Conduct intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide individual and group counseling for dual diagnosis clients
• Support clients in early stages of recovery with compassionate, client-centered care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a structured clinical setting

Compensation & Bonuses

• Unlicensed: $24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)
• Licensed: $66K–$71K+ (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000–$5,000 after 30 days for select outpatient programs
• Free Qualified Supervision toward LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Licensed or license-eligible preferred
• Experience in mental health, substance use, or dual diagnosis
