Seven Hills Foundation, Stetson School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our residential treatment team supporting pre-adolescent and adolescent youth. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized, evidence-based treatment to youth with complex behavioral needs, including those with histories of sexually abusive or sexually reactive behaviors.

What You'll Do:
As a Clinician, you'll play a critical role in both direct care and treatment planning. Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, including psychosocial histories and risk assessments
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, including offense-specific treatment when appropriate
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
Utilize cognitive-behavioral and psychoeducational interventions, including relapse prevention strategies
Identify and treat co-occurring mental health and behavioral conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
Collaborate closely with residential staff, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in case reviews, treatment meetings, and clinical consultations
Communicate with external providers, agencies, and courts as needed
Support development of aftercare and discharge planning
Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, residential treatment setting
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
This role includes one scheduled evening per week (7-9 PM) to support treatment services or staff consultation.

Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
Standard driver's license - class C or class D
Behavioral Health clinical license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
