Our team consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds including Counseling, Social Work, and Applied Behavior Analysis who have integrated their approaches using in-depth understanding of the neurobiological and developmental impacts of early childhood experiences. Our team is constantly learning together both formally and informally through our Clinical supervision model; applying what is learned to individual clients, families, and to the design of our services and programs.RESPONSIBILTIES
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, consumers, guardians, family members, and the general public.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical and complex problems and critically reason through a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to prioritize work needs to effectively manage time.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment is varied between office and community locations including host homes and hospitals. This position requires a personal vehicle for transportation in order to effectively monitor and coordinate care.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to drive. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.SCHEDULEAfter completing a new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Thursday
