    Clinical Workload Data Analyst

    Location: Falls Church, VA

    Duration: 4 months (Hybrid)

    We are seeking a professional to support the analysis and reporting of clinical activity for medical personnel. This role involves working with stakeholders to handle healthcare data for measuring clinical workload and addressing study-related queries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
    • Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analysis.
    • Test and ensure quality of SQL and Python scripts before production deployment.
    • Analyze clinical activity and workload data for reporting and research.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify necessary data for workload measurement.
    • Assist in developing methodologies for study questions related to clinical workload.
    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, performing monthly updates and validations.
    • Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data quality and accuracy.
    • Understand EHR data structures with clinical informatics and technical teams.
    • Document data logic, methodologies, processes, and reporting requirements.
    • Support production implementation and maintenance of analytical scripts and reporting solutions.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong experience with SQL for data tasks.
    • Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
    • Experience with Power BI dashboard and report development.
    • Experience with large relational databases and complex datasets.
    • Ability to perform QA on data-processing scripts and results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to translate questions into data and reporting requirements.
    • Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a similar field.
