Job Overview

Cedars-Sinai is currently looking for a Clinical Value Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This outstanding opportunity allows you to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, working collaboratively to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes. As a Clinical Value Nurse Practitioner, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing value-based care programs that set the standard for excellence in healthcare.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (ANCC)

Experience:

• Two (2) plus years of clinical and healthcare operations experience with demonstrated success leading value-based care, care management, population health, quality improvement, or clinical efficiency initiatives. Strong experience collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to reduce length of stay, improve care transitions, reduce readmissions, and achieve quality and cost-performance goals.

Licensure/Certifications Requirements:

• Current CA RN License
• Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License
• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current DEA License
• Current Life Support Certification required
