The Clinical Value Analysis Coordinator serves as a liaison between clinical stakeholders, sourcing, finance, and suppliers to facilitate evidence-based decision making that supports:
Quality patient outcomes
️ Operational efficiency
Regulatory compliance
Financial stewardship
Through collaboration with clinicians and operational leaders, this role conducts clinical, operational, and financial assessments and provides recommendations that align with organizational goals, value analysis principles, and supply chain strategies.
Associate's Degree Nursing preferred, will accept Radiologic Technology, Surgical Technology, or related field required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred, will accept Radiologic Technology, Surgical Technology, or related field preferred
3 years clinical experience in nursing required OR
5+ years clinical experience in:
Healthcare supply chain, value analysis, sourcing, contracting, materials management, product evaluation, or operational improvement experience
Leading or supporting product evaluations, clinical trials, standardization initiatives, or conversion projects
Working collaboratively with physicians, clinicians, operational leaders, and cross-functional teams
Financial analysis, utilization reporting, and data-driven decision support
Knowledge of healthcare value analysis methodologies and governance processes
Knowledge of clinical products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and purchased services utilized in acute care settings
Understanding of healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, contracting, inventory management, and logistics
Knowledge of GPO agreements, contract compliance principles, and supplier management practices
Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards impacting product decisions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate clinical and financial data
Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and develop business recommendations
Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities
️ Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with physicians, clinicians, executives, suppliers, and operational leaders
Ability to influence decision-making without direct authority
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
Experience working with ERP, MMIS, contract management, or supply chain systems preferred
Commitment to continuous improvement, customer service, and organizational stewardship
License RN, Registered Nurse (30) – State of Wisconsin
