PositionRaleigh Capitol Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy is a well-established, private physician-owned practice serving the Triangle. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our in-office phone Triage clinical team.Essential ResponsibilitiesPerform telephone triage and assess patient symptoms to determine appropriate next steps.Communicate with patients regarding symptoms, treatment plans, test results, medications, and follow-up care.Consult with physicians as needed regarding patient concerns and clinical findings.Coordinate and communicate test results, referrals, and provider recommendations.Provide patient education and post-operative follow-up.Review patient history and document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR.Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all safety, compliance, and ethical standards.Basic QualificationsCurrent RN license in North Carolina.Nursing degree.Current CPR certification.Strong communication and patient assessment skills.Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.Experience with EMR systems and telephone triage preferred.ENT or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
