SUMMARY:
The Clinical Training Specialist will perform in-services to clinicians in health facilities for patient safety products as required. Will work closely with Clinical Training Manager and Regional Sales Manager to successfully rollout all product in-services.
*Must be able to travel for 3- to 5-day assignments in the Southeast Region (FL)
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform product field training and in-services for customer clinicians.

Implement programs to ensure successful implementation of products in facilities.

Perform periodic in-servicing/training to existing customer accounts as requested.

Perform other duties, as necessary, to assist the Clinical Training Manager in meeting company goals and objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Healthcare degree (RN, Respiratory, Surgical Tech, Paramedic); college degree.
- Experience as nurse educator, or with inservicing/device demonstration a plus.
- Frequent travel required; must be able to travel nationwide; coast-to-coast as needed for assignments.
- Ability to learn, understand and communicate technical information and solutions.
- Proven ability to coach and teach others to properly utilize products and equipment.
- Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and personnel both within and outside the organization.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key clients.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with good follow through.
- Energetic, self-starter with the ability self-motivate and work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong team player with good judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
- Must have a reliable car to drive to and from In-service locations if local assignment, or able to travel for assignments.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Can lift or move up to 30 pounds.
