We're looking for a compassionate, collaborative Clinical Therapist to join our REACH team. If you enjoy building strong therapeutic relationships, providing evidence-based care, and helping individuals work toward lasting recovery, we'd love to meet you!Pay: $74,000–$85,000 per yearFull-time positionStandardized 36-hour work weekMany teams work four 9-hour days, depending on program needsWhat You'll DoAs an Clinical Therapist on our REACH team, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment to adults working toward recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients navigate challenges, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals.Responsibilities include:Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.Develop and update individualized treatment plans.Provide individual and group therapy.Use ASAM Criteria to determine appropriate levels of care.Coordinate care with treatment teams, referral sources, medical providers, and community partners.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing in UWITS.Support clients through the admission process and ongoing treatment.Advocate for clients while maintaining appropriate professional and ethical boundaries.Help create a welcoming, recovery-oriented environment where clients can thrive.What We're Looking ForExperience working with substance use disorders, mental health, or co-occurring populations is preferred.
