Provides Social Services to all patients and families. As a member of the treatment team(s) and the unit, is responsible for providing a broad range of treatment and rehabilitation activities for the population served.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
Must possess ONE of the following licenses as required by state board where services will be provided: • WV: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the West Virginia Board of Social Work • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the West Virginia Board of Counseling • Psychologist • Supervised Psychologist through the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Psychology • PA: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) through the Pennsylvania State Board • Licensed Professional Counselor through the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors • Licensed Psychologist (LP), Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) License • Psychology Resident through the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology • MD: Licensed Masters Social Worker (MSW) • Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) • Licensed Professional Counselor through the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists • Licensed Psychologist • Psychology Associate through the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Psychologists • OH: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board • Licensed Psychologist through the Ohio Board of Psychology
