    Job Summary:

    We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Clinical Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Specialist to join our Behavioral Health team. The TT&S role is a vital component of the In-Home Therapy (IHT) service model and is designed to provide structured, one-on-one support and therapeutic interventions to youth and families under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

    The TT&S collaborates closely with the lead clinician to reinforce the treatment plan, support skill development, and address emotional and behavioral challenges in the home or community setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide structured, one-on-one support to children, adolescents, and their families as part of the In-Home Therapy team.
    • Implement therapeutic strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan developed by the clinician.
    • Assist in teaching and modeling coping, social, and daily living skills to the client.
    • Support the family in managing the child’s behavior and enhancing overall family functioning.
    • Monitor and document progress, incidents, and concerns, and report back to the clinical supervisor regularly.
    • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and trainings as required.
    • Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
    • Ensure services are delivered in a culturally competent and trauma-informed manner.

    Qualifications:


    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, etc.)
    • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the community.
    • Computer proficiency required


    Preferred:

    • Experience working with children, adolescents, or families in behavioral health or community settings.
    • Training or demonstrated ability to provide therapeutic support under clinical supervision.
    • Culturally competent and sensitive to the unique needs of diverse populations.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage youth and families effectively.
    • Bilingual (Spanish)
