Our team of clinical support staff optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time and exam room utilization by effectively managing patient flow through the office visit. Both LPNs and MAs participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care, working directly with primary and behavioral health care providers to room patients, collect preliminary visit information and test samples, maintain patient records, communicate with patients regarding basic medical procedures and assist in basic examinations.
