    Clinical Support Specialist $640+ WEEKLY

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients, clients, and staff.
    • Enter, update, and maintain accurate patient and administrative records.
    • Review and audit patient records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
    • Prepare reports, project summaries, correspondence, and other business documents.
    • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
    • Manage incoming documentation and ensure information is properly organized and filed.
    • Operate office equipment including computers, scanners, fax machines, and other standard office technology.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other data management programs to complete daily tasks.
    • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive patient information.
    • Communicate effectively with internal staff, patients, and other professionals.
    • Prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Follow established procedures and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
    • Assist with additional administrative duties and projects as needed.

    Key Requirements:
    • Previous customer service experience required.
    • Medical field or medical office experience preferred.
    • Experience with data entry and auditing patient records required.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
    • Familiarity with general administrative and clerical procedures.
    • Experience operating scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
    • Strong knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and professional business writing.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while following instructions and established procedures.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
    • Computer training or certification preferred.
    • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Shifts:
    • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch


    Duration:
    • Temp-Perm
