    Clinical Support Coordinator I
    Job Summary


    Provides administrative and customer support by handling high-volume calls, processing data accurately, communicating effectively, and collaborating with healthcare service teams.

    Responsibilities
    • Handle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Process and enter large volumes of data accurately.
    • Use computer systems and software to complete daily tasks.
    • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and related service teams.
    • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
    • Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
    • Experience processing high volumes of data entry.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    Summary Qualification
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Healthcare experience, particularly Medical Assistant experience, is preferred.
    • Experience working in a call center or other high-volume customer service environment is preferred.
    • Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and professional communication skills.
    • Additional education or related healthcare training is preferred.
