Clinical Supply Chain Manager

Doctorate degree or Master degree and 3 years of experience or Bachelor degree and 5 years of experience or Associate degree and 10 years of experience or high school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience and previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources. Other relevant backgrounds include Plan-to-Stock, Order-to-Cash, planning, customer service/order management, manufacturing, distribution, or similar end-to-end supply chain processes.

Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Clinical Supply Chain Manager for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze large, complex Excel data sets generated through S/4HANA clinical testing.
• Consolidate, clean, structure, and simplify provided data into decision-ready outputs.
• Develop clear summaries, trackers, and analyses that highlight key findings, exceptions, trends, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support S/4HANA clinical testing activities through data analysis, reconciliation, and issue/defect tracking as needed.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support testing progress and management decision-making.

 
Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills are the top priority
• Experience working with large, complex datasets
• Strong Excel formulas, lookups, comparisons, and data consolidation skills
• Data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data review experience
• Ability to compare information across multiple files/tables and identify missing or inconsistent data
• SAP/S/4HANA or other large ERP transformation experience strongly preferred
• Testing/UAT and test script experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new business processes
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Preferred Business Background
• Supply chain experience is preferred but not required. Clinical Supply Chain experience would be a major plus. Other relevant backgrounds include Plan-to-Stock, Order-to-Cash, planning, customer service/order management, manufacturing, distribution, or similar end-to-end supply chain processes. Candidates from other industries can still be considered if they have exceptional Excel/data skills and relevant ERP/transformation experience.

• Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:   
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• SAP experience; S/4HANA and/or supply chain experience preferred.
