Clinical Supervisor (with BCBA/BCaBA)

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs looking for part-time opportunities with the potential to grow into full-time roles. We are a growing ABA provider that prioritizes clinician support, work-life balance, and professional growth.

About the Role:
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.
Supervision Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
- Complete monthly in-person client visits.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

- Possess strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
BCaBA Requirements:
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License.
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

- Reliable transportation for in-person visits.
