Summary
Regis College is actively seeking a clinical supervisor to work in the Regis Autism Center (RAC). The Regis Autism Center provides behavior analytic-based support to children aged 2-6 diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The clinical supervisor will work directly with these students and graduate students to support them in either integrated settings (classrooms in the Regis College Children's Center [RCC]) and/or in a separate classroom. The clinical supervisor will work directly with children in a 1:1 teacher: student teaching ratio and will supervise graduate assistants and behavior technicians. The clinical supervisor will receive training in the use of behavior analytic principles and teaching techniques when working with children with ASD. The clinical supervisor may implement discrete trial teaching, task analyses, natural environment teaching, incidental teaching, and support interactions with peers. The clinical supervisor will work directly with the Clinical Director to oversee the programming for a caseload of 4-6 children. The clinical supervisor will work collaboratively with RCCC classroom staff and directors. Previous ABA experience or experience working with young children with developmental disabilities is required. The Regis Autism Center is open 48 weeks of the year.
